NACCHO, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, is thrilled to launch the new guide: Integrating Brain Health into Health Improvement Planning: The Healthy Brain Initiative Road Map and MAPP 2.0. This guide creates a bridge between NACCHO’s Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) 2.0 framework and the Alzheimer’s Association and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Healthy Brain Initiative Road Map to support advancing brain health through the MAPP 2.0 process for community health improvement. It outlines specific actions from the HBI Road Map that should be considered in key steps of MAPP 2.0, and opportunities to use the MAPP framework to support brain health. Download the guide here.
