The September/October 2022 issue of the Journal of Public Health Management and Practice highlights how the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) was a key resource for local health departments responding to the COVID-19 crisis throughout the U.S. The expanded utilization of MRC units at the local, state, and federal levels through funding and resource partnership is expected to lead to even greater public health and emergency response outcomes into the future.
